Sound-pack audio converter

Drop in any audio files — wav, mp3, flac, m4a, whatever — and get back mono OGG Vorbis, the format Minecraft resource packs need. Stereo sounds in a pack lose distance fade and 3D positioning in-game; this fixes that. Metadata is stripped. One file comes back as .ogg, several come back as a .zip.
